Cyberbullying

In general, I feel that cyberbullying should be punished no less effectively than forms of bullying and/or harassment that don't use the internet, but I understand that it can often be difficult to hold a person accountable for their cyberbullying, especially if they aren't using their real name or any information that reveals their identity.
